Menu & Cultural Insights

1️ Kazakhstan – Beshbarmak
The national dish: hand-pulled noodles with tender meat, symbolizing the sharing spirit of nomadic culture

2️ Uzbekistan – Samsa
Spiced baked dumplings with juicy meat filling, the king of street snacks

3️ Kyrgyzstan – Chak-chak
A festive dessert: crispy dough balls coated in honey syrup and sprinkled with nuts


Cultural Highlights

Understand migration, history, and daily life through food, and learn to spot the subtle differences among similar dishes from different regions.

 Date & Time: Thursday, December 4, 12:50 PM – 4:00 PM
 Fee: NT$300 (includes all ingredients)
 Language: Entire workshop conducted in English
