In accordance with the university’s summer schedule, the department office will adjust its office hours from July 10 to August 14, 2026 as follows:

• Office days: Monday to Thursday
• Closed on Fridays (summer recess)
• Office hours: 09:00–12:00 / 14:00–17:00

Summer recess dates:
July 10, July 17, July 24, August 7, and August 14 (total of 5 days)

Transfer Student Examination （July 1）Period:
During the examination period, services will be temporarily suspended.
