About the Role
We are seeking a highly proficient Turkish-English bilingual translator to support our CEO in real-time interpretation and communication with Turkish clients, partners, and internal teams. This role is based at our Taipei HQ and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-growing international tech company.
Chinese language skills are a strong plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality simultaneous and consecutive interpretation (Turkish ↔ English) during meetings, calls, and business discussions
- Translate business documents, presentations, emails, and internal communications with accuracy and clarity
- Act as a cultural bridge between the CEO and Turkish-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication
- Support the CEO with administrative tasks and meeting coordination as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams on projects involving the Turkish market
What We’re Looking For
- Native or near-native fluency in Turkish and English
- Strong interpretation and translation experience, preferably in a business or tech-related setting
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global tech environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a big plus
- Experience working with executives or in startup/tech environments is preferred
